Terms and Conditions

This website and everything sold on it belong to Pruggles LLC, an Illinois limited liability company, operated by Anne E. Passanisi, who does business as Annie P. Ruggles and under the name The Non-Sleazy® Sales Academy. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Pruggles LLC, and “you” means anyone who visits this site or buys anything on it.

Our business address is 2149 W. Morse Ave., Chicago, IL 60645, United States. You can reach us any time at annie@anniepruggles.com.

You need to be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to buy from us or use what we sell. If we find out that someone under that age has gained access, we may end that access.

The Easy Yes! Testimonial Toolbox is a one-time $9 purchase. It includes the workshop audio, the ask scripts, and the testimonial tracker, all delivered inside this web app. There is no subscription and nothing will ever rebill you.

We may improve, reorganize, or add to the toolbox over time. We may also retire it. If we ever shut it down entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to save anything you have put into your tracker.

Access is granted to the email address you use at checkout, immediately after payment. You sign in with a link sent to that address, so there is no password to store or lose.

If you paid with one email address and need access on a different one, email us and we will move it. Keeping your sign-in link private is up to you. Your purchase is for one person. If people on your team need access, they each need their own copy.

Because you receive everything the moment you buy, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or a change of circumstances. We would rather tell you that here, plainly, than bury it somewhere you would only find afterward. Please read the sales page, and email us with any questions, before you buy.

If something is broken, or the product is materially different from what the sales page described, that is a different situation. Email us and we will either fix it or refund you. We also honor refunds where consumer protection law requires one.

If you have a problem, please email us first. We are one person and we answer our own email, and nearly everything can be sorted out in a message or two.

If you file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead, we may respond to the dispute with records of your purchase and access, and we may end your access to the product while the dispute is open.

You are getting a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the toolbox in your own business. That license lasts as long as your access does.

You may:

• Use the scripts and framework with your own clients, as often as you like, forever.
• Adapt the scripts in your own words for your own business.
• Save or print the materials for your own reference.
• Quote a short passage publicly if you credit Annie P. Ruggles and link back to anniepruggles.com.

You may not:

• Share your sign-in link, or give anyone else access to what you bought.
• Resell, sublicense, or trade your access.
• Republish the materials, in whole or in part, or post them anywhere public.
• Teach this content, or a lightly reworded version of it, as your own material or in your own paid offer.
• Feed the materials into a tool or service in order to reproduce or resell substantially the same content.
• Remove or obscure our name, copyright notice, or trademarks.

The workshop, scripts, tracker, text, images, and design on this site are our intellectual property. Non-Sleazy® is a registered trademark. If you want to use any of it beyond what is listed above, just ask us first. We are usually happy to say yes when we know about it.

This product is educational. What you get out of it depends on your business, your clients, and what you actually do with it, none of which we control.

Any testimonials or examples you see from us are individual experiences, not typical results, and not a promise of what will happen for you. We do not guarantee that you will get testimonials, gain clients, or earn any particular amount of money.

Nothing here is legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental health advice, and buying it does not make us your lawyer, accountant, or therapist. For questions in those areas, please talk to someone licensed to answer them.

We work to keep this site available, accurate, and secure, but we provide it on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We rely on third parties, including Stripe for payments and Supabase for accounts and hosting. We never see or store your full card number. When a third-party service has an outage or a problem, we will help where we can, but some things are genuinely outside our control.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to this site or this product is limited to the amount you actually paid us, which for this product is $9.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost data, or wasted time, even if we knew such damages were possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Anything you type into your testimonial tracker is yours. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not publish it. We can see it only when you ask us to look at something to help you with a problem.

If you send us praise about our work, we may quote it in our marketing. If you would rather we did not, or you want to control how you are credited, say so and we will honor it. Teaching people to ask that question properly is more or less the whole point of this product.

You can stop using the product any time. If you would like your account deleted, email us and we will take care of it.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, particularly by sharing or republishing the materials. Because all sales are final, ending access for a breach does not entitle you to a refund.

Please email us first and give us a real chance to fix it. We would much rather solve a problem directly than through anyone’s lawyer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion, or through mediation, will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and we each consent to those courts. Nothing here stops you from bringing a claim in small claims court, or from exercising any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

You are always free to review this product honestly, publicly, and critically. Nothing in these terms restricts that.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top. Changes are not retroactive: the version in effect when you bought is the one that governs your purchase. Meaningful changes for existing customers will be announced by email.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce something right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later. These terms, plus anything else we have agreed with you in writing, are the whole agreement between us about this product.
